Jamaica Flower or hibiscus tea is a perfect relaxation and evening tea. A commonly brewed in Egyptian and Mexican culture. This brew has a tart cranberry like flavour and sugar is often added to sweeten the tea.
Hibiscus has many benefits; Contains Vitamin C & minerals and is used used in the evening for relaxation.
For a perfect Hibiscus Iced-tea. Brew the tea with honey for 5-7 minutes. Then pour into a glass of ice with a slice of lemon.
Jamaica Flower Brewing:
2-3 buds to 200-300mls. Use hot boiling water and steep for5 mins. Can be served with a dash of honey.
